Refund & Revisions Policy

Here is exactly how payments, revisions, and refunds work, so there are no surprises.

Payment

• Projects under $500: paid in full to book your spot.
• Projects $500 and up: 50% deposit to book, 50% due at final approval, before launch and handoff.
• Your timeline starts once the deposit is paid and your intake checklist is complete (content, logins, and accounts I need to build).

Ownership and handoff

Hosting, domain, code, and platform accounts transfer to you once the final payment clears.

Revisions

• Two rounds of revisions are included, within the scope we agreed on in writing.
• Extra rounds or new features outside that scope are quoted before any work starts, at $75/hour or a flat add-on price.

Refunds

• Cancel within 48 hours of paying your deposit, before any work begins: full refund.
• After work begins, deposits are non-refundable, because your build slot is reserved and work is underway.
• If I am unable to complete your project, you receive a refund for any work not delivered.
• Third-party costs (domains, hosting, app platform plans, Apple and Google developer accounts) are paid by you directly to those providers and are not covered by this policy.

Delays

• If I do not hear from you for 14 days, your project is paused. After 30 days, the project is closed and the deposit is kept. You can restart anytime with a new schedule.
• Sprint timelines (7-Day MVP Build and App Rescue Sprint) depend on quick feedback. Delays on your side extend the timeline.

App store review

Apple and Google make the final call on approval. I build to their published guidelines and fix any rejection issues tied to the build at no extra cost. Changes required because of your content or business model are quoted separately.

Warranty

• 30 days of bug fixes after launch for the 7-Day MVP Build and native apps. 14 days for all other builds, including the App Rescue Sprint.
• Warranty covers things that are broken, not new features or changes.
