Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ejdevstudio.app or hire EJ Dev Studio for a project. By booking a project, you agree to them.

Scope

Every project starts with a written scope that lists what will be built, the price, and the timeline. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work starts.

Payment, refunds, and revisions

Payment schedules, revisions, refunds, delays, and warranty terms are covered in our Refund & Revisions Policy, which is part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

• Provide the content, logins, and accounts needed to build your project.
• Give feedback promptly so timelines stay on track.
• Make sure you have the rights to any content, logos, or images you provide.
• Pay third-party costs (domains, hosting, app platforms, developer accounts) directly.

Ownership

Once your final payment clears, the hosting, domain, code, and platform accounts for your project transfer to you. EJ Dev Studio may show the finished work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.

App store approval

Apple and Google make the final call on app approval. We build to their published guidelines but cannot guarantee approval.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to deliver reliable software, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
