Ready to move on from WordPress or an outdated website? I rebuild your site with your existing branding and content, recreate the features we agree on, and help move your domain over when the new site is ready. Your old site stays online until the moment we switch.
WordPress and other aging platforms are fine the day they launch. The problem is what they become: constant updates, security patches, plugin conflicts, and repair bills, every month, forever.
Your current site
The rebuild
Aging PHP, plugins, and themes that need constant updates and security patches
A modern build with nothing to patch and no plugin stack to break
Slow load times dragging down visitors and search rankings
Fast, lightweight pages that load in a blink on any device
Breakage after every update, and hourly bills to fix it
A stable codebase where features do not fight each other
Hosting bills that grow with plugins, caching layers, and cleanup tools
Simple, low cost hosting sized to what your site actually needs
Your design locked inside whatever theme you bought
Your brand, rebuilt properly, with no theme limitations
An old site charges you a little every month. A rebuild happens once, and then you stop paying that bill.
A clear range, before you inquire
I price every rebuild after a free site review so the quote reflects your actual site, not a guess. But you should know the ballpark before you reach out, so here it is.
Full Rebuild & Migration
Your entire site rebuilt on a modern stack, with your branding, content, and domain carried over.
Every page, rebuilt with your branding and content
Features we agree on, recreated properly
Domain moved over with redirects and search settings
Will my design, content, and domain stay the same?
Your domain stays yours and does not change. Your branding, copy, images, and pages are all carried over. The design is rebuilt cleanly around your brand instead of being boxed into your old theme, and the features we agree on during the review are recreated.
Do I have to be on WordPress for this?
No. WordPress is the most common case, but I rebuild from any outdated platform or hand-coded site. If your current site is already modern and fast, I will tell you a rebuild is not worth it yet.
What happens to my existing content and pages?
Your pages, copy, and images are migrated to the new build. Standard marketing sites, service pages, and landing pages all carry straight over. Very large blogs (hundreds of posts) or complex shops take extra migration work, which is reflected in the quote after the review.
Will my site stay online during the rebuild?
Yes. Your current site stays live and untouched while I build. When the new site is ready and approved, we point your domain over. Visitors never see a gap.
What happens to my links and search rankings?
Your main pages keep their addresses, and redirects are set up for anything that changes. Your sitemap and search settings are updated so search engines pick up the new site quickly.
What does the rebuild cost?
Most rebuilds land between $1,500 and $2,500. Simple marketing sites land near the bottom of the range. Large blogs, online shops, or heavy custom features land near the top. You get an exact price in writing after a free site review, before you pay anything.
What are the ongoing costs after the rebuild?
Your domain (about $10 to $20 a year) and hosting, which is usually free or a few dollars a month for a site this size. No plugin subscriptions, no security cleanup services, no monthly theme renewals. If you want ongoing help, my Web Care plans start at $75/month.
How long does a rebuild take?
Most rebuilds take about 1 to 2 weeks. Bigger migrations with lots of content or e-commerce take longer, and I give you the timeline up front with the quote.
